Insurance app + application

Southern Cross is a non-profit health insurance company dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of New Zealanders. As a UX/UI designer, I played a key role in building an app that allowed existing customers to easily manage their health insurance, from submitting claims to viewing benefits and managing cases. In addition, I also took on the role of lead designer in designing the sign-up process for their web platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for new customers.
